CONSULTATIONS

Consultations are complimentary and can be scheduled by calling 512-920-9771 or emailing [email protected]. While consultations are not mandatory as an additional appointment, they are available for those seeking information or a patch test prior to their initial appointment.

SCHEDULING AND DEPOSITS

Arphi Esthetics for Permanent Makeup operates on an appointment-only basis. A $150 deposit is required upon booking to secure all service appointments. This deposit indicates your commitment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling or canceling appointments. Deposits/payments will be forfeited if changes are made outside this timeframe. Additional deposits are necessary for rescheduling within less than 48 hours’ notice.

LATE POLICY

To avoid delays, plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early, considering Naples traffic. We uphold a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. Any arrival over 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, resulting in forfeited deposits. Rescheduling a late arrival requires an additional deposit.

GUESTS POLICY

For the focused nature of our detailed treatments, kindly refrain from bringing children, pets, or friends into the studio.

PROCESS

Healed results vary among clients, and we make no guarantees. Optimal outcomes may require additional sessions, incurring extra charges. Each client heals differently, so following pre-appointment restrictions and aftercare instructions is crucial for proper healing and the best results.

TOUCH UP

Microblading and permanent cosmetics involve multiple appointments. A touch-up session is necessary 4-8 weeks after the initial session. Scheduling a touch-up outside this timeframe incurs additional charges.

PROCESS

If you’ve had previous eyebrow tattoos, email clear photos to [email protected] for approval. Not every old tattoo can be covered, and removal may be necessary. Allow 1-3 business days for a response. Do not book a “Touch up” service if your previous tattoo wasn’t done by us or falls outside the 4-8 weeks timeframe.

PAYMENT

We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards. No refunds. Prices are subject to change. Permanent makeup by Aleksadnra Radovanovic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS

Proper care following your enhancement is crucial for optimal results. Please review these aftercare guidelines for cosmetic tattoo procedures, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

The following activities should be avoided during the 14 days post-procedure:

Engaging in activities that cause increased sweating or practicing sports.
Swimming.
Exposure to hot saunas, hot baths or showers, or Jacuzzis.
Sun tanning or salon tanning.
Exposure to UV/UVA rays or chemicals known to cause a shift in color and premature fading.
Applying makeup, lotion, or cream to the tattooed area for the initial 2 weeks.
Using Vaseline, Neosporin, or other petroleum-based products while healing, and avoiding antibiotic creams.
Undergoing any laser or chemical treatments, peelings, or using creams containing Retin-A or Glycolic acid on the treated area.
Applying anti-acne products (e.g., Benzoyl Peroxide, Salicylic Acid, Proactiv, etc.) or lightening creams such as hydroquinone to the treated area during the healing period.
Receiving facials, botox, chemical treatments, or microdermabrasion for 4 weeks.
Picking, peeling, or scratching the micro pigmented area to prevent scarring or pigment removal.
Engaging in heavy household cleaning where there is a lot of airborne debris.
Consuming excess alcohol, as it may slow down the healing process.
Touching the eyebrow area except for rinsing and applying post-care cream with a cotton swab.

EYEBROWS AFTERCARE

Day 1 – Cleanse the Area:

Rinse eyebrows with clean distilled water and neutral soap (Baby soap, Cetaphil, Neutrogena, Dove, etc.) one hour after the procedure. Gently cleanse in a circular motion for 5 seconds and rinse with water. Pat dry with a clean paper towel/tissue; avoid using a towel. Apply a small amount of post-care cream with a Q-tip every 2 hours on the first day (3-5 times).

In between washes, blot the area with clean tissue to absorb excess lymph fluid, preventing drying throughout the day until oozing stops. Darker and bolder color is normal immediately after the treatment, with minimal discomfort, redness, and swelling.

Day 2-10 – Minimal Cleanse:

Repeat the washing procedure from Day 1 twice a day – morning and night. Avoid over-applying the ointment; it should be barely noticeable on the skin.

From day 3-4, eyebrows may feel dry, itchy, and flaky. Scabbing is part of the natural healing process; avoid picking to prevent pigment loss. Let scabs fall off naturally, practicing patience throughout the healing process.

2 – 6 weeks – Color Stabilizing:

The full healing process takes about 4-6 weeks, revealing the true color of the tattoo. During this period, the tattoo will soften and lighten, and it’s normal to experience patchiness. Be patient and wait at least 5 weeks to fully appreciate the true color as your skin regenerates and exfoliates.

PREPARATION FOR THE PROCEDURE

ONE MONTH BEFORE

Avoid undergoing Botox, fillers, facial peels, laser treatments, and sunburns.

ONE WEEK BEFORE

To minimize swelling and potential bruising, steer clear of aspirin, ibuprofen, NSAIDs, blood thinners/anticoagulants, Vitamin E, fish oil, acne medication, or medications containing tretinoin, Retin-A, hormone supplementation, corticosteroids, antibiotics, or anabolic steroids. (Tylenol is permissible)

Abstain from waxing or plucking.

24 HOURS BEFORE

Refrain from consuming alcohol, drugs, or smoking.

Eliminate caffeine intake on the day of the procedure.

These activities can adversely impact the skin’s condition, potentially leading to bleeding, color loss, and challenging healing due to increased blood pressure, dehydration, and heightened sensitivity.

Ensure a restful night’s sleep and maintain hydration by drinking ample water.

If you are diabetic, it is essential to maintain your HBA1C within a good range and provide a doctor’s note to confirm.

Note: Please come to your appointment wearing your everyday brow makeup. This will help me understand your preferred brow appearance on a daily basis. If you have any inquiries, feel free to reach out to me!
